PROFILES IN GREATNESS: LEON GRAY
Though Leon Gray would prove to be a massive failure in his first outing making flapjacks, the experience would go down as an immense victory for the Detroit-area retired postman. Not only did the man receive a valuable life lesson, but also learned a little more about himself. “It's a great feeling,” states Gray, “that I could be addressed by a stranger, wanting to know of whether or not I could make flapjacks. And I could give him a straight answer.”
