That's a great question, sir. Here at the Bluemont County Correctional Facility, we're very proud of our excellent record with prisoner courtesy and moral uprightness. But how? (Pause) Well, I believe it can be attributed to many things, ranging from the straw hats for the prisoners, proposed and designed by my wife Betsy, to the frequent brutal beatings.
